In the current push towards Exascale Computing, accelerators offer the potential for greater efficiency. How do hybrid multicore environments, such as GPU-accelerated nodes, change our notions of performance analysis? Do the same metrics used in homogeneous environments still help to illuminate the performance bottlenecks in this new approach? In this talk I will describe early work to describe and display hybrid application performance.
